1. Is there a gluten free range?

Yes! You can find all of our gluten free products by filtering our product page. We’ve even put together a Free From Gluten hamper, with a selection of our flourless favourites.

2. Can I microwave the Gourmade meals?

Of course – ready in as little as 8 minutes.  We think they are best cooked in the oven from frozen, but all of our meals have full microwave instructions on the packs for when time if of the essence!

3. What about my allergies? Can I see an ingredients list before I order?

4.  How long can I keep my Gourmade meals in the freezer? 

Typically, we advise about 3 months in a domestic freezer.

5. Why is the TRY20 code not working? 

Our TRY20 code is for first time purchases only, so if it’s not working, this should mean you have used it before. If it still isn’t working, please feel free to give us a call on 0845 2411568 or email us at hello@gourmade.com
