Lemon tartlets with a Sicilian lemon filling in a shortcrust pastry base.

INGREDIENTS: Lemon Filling (53%): Sugar, Pasteurised Whole Egg, Dairy Cream (Milk) (13%), Sicilian Lemon Juice (6%) [Water, Concentrated Lemon Juice], Glycerine, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Cornflour. 
Pastry Base: Fortified Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], Unsalted Butter (Milk) (11%), Sugar, Pasteurised Whole Egg.
Glaze: Water, Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Gelling Agent (pectin), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate).
