Side or main? Good question…. Our Cauliflower cheese is a hero in the comfort food category and it’s so versatile! A favourite of ours alongside our meaty Beef Bourguignon, but we’re more than happy to consume this all on it’s own…. Our fully loaded cheesy bake is made with florets of fresh cauliflower baked in a creamy, cheesy sauce and topped with a cheese and herb crumb (we told you it was cheesy!) It goes beautifully with lots of our dishes, a classic roast dinner, or simply on its own…enjoy!
