Salted Caramel Roulades

A bit of useless information for you here…but did you know a Swiss roll is a roulade but not all roulades are Swiss rolls? A Swiss roll is a type of roulade made with a flat cake rolled up with a filling, like our delicious Belgian Chocolate Roulade, whereas a roulade can use other mixtures or even meat in that way. Our Salted Caramel Roulade of soft toffee meringue, fresh dairy cream and sea salted caramel sauce, is hand rolled to create a seriously delicious and indulgent treat, which is sure to be a crowd pleaser. We eat these straight from the freezer for a frosty treat but simply defrost for a few minutes to serve a softer version.…enjoy!

    Absolutely delicious and bigger portion than I was expecting, only thing was the salt I felt like I couldn’t taste any and then there was quite a strong patch in one bit of the roulade
