Sweet Potato Wedges
Packed with vitamins and dietary fibre, sweet potatoes are versatile, filling and packed with goodness. This super root vegetable of ours has the cleanest of clean labels. There’s absolutely nothing added other than a splash of rapeseed oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Perfect side dish to any of our mains, or sometimes we just eat them on their own dipped in sour cream or guacamole, while we watch the match. We must give you a warning that these Sweet Potato Wedges are sweet, tender and melt in your mouth, making them incredibly moreish…enjoy!
